Hi! I'm April Shani Gray

I’m a DIT/Video trainee with credits on both feature films and TV series and a First Class degree in Film and Media. I am also currently part of the ScreenSkills Trainee Finder 2025/26 cohort.

 

Working on set and spending time around the camera department has only strengthened my passion for cinematography, and I’m now actively looking for camera trainee positions.

This site is a collection of my personal video projects — things I’ve made to experiment, learn, and develop my style. I’m hoping to move into the camera department, and I’m always keen to get involved in anything that helps me grow in that direction.
